But even billionaires like to trim their assets from time to time, so Kylie Jenner is offering one of her “spare” homes.
American media personality, socialite and entrepreneur Kylie Jenner and American rapper, singer, songwriter and record producer Travis Scott t relationship saga is related to real estate. Days after the rapper took to Instagram to deny allegations that he cheated on the reality star, the pair have put their shared Beverly Hills mansion on the market for $21.9 million.
One thing all the Kardashians share is a passion for collecting trophy real estate. According to our calculations, Kris Jenner and her five daughters now own more than 20 multi-million dollar properties spread throughout Southern California. That includes a luxury apartment that Jenner uses exclusively for wrapping presents and storing champagne — an apartment she accidentally abandoned after forgetting she still owned it. Oops!
But even billionaires like to trim their assets from time to time, so Kylie Jenner is offering one of her “spare” homes. Reminiscent of a contemporary European villa, this strikingly angular home sits in the mountains just above Beverly Hills, in the lower Benedict Canyon neighborhood. The nearly 10,000-square-foot mansion is priced at $21.9 million and includes seven bedrooms, eight full bathrooms and two powder rooms.
If the property were to sell for anything close to that amount, it would be an impressive profit for Jenner and Travis Scott, who paid a combined $13.5 million for the home in 2018. Records show the much-publicized couple hold a 50/50 share of the 1.1-acre estate, which sits at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, guarded by a towering gate and an elaborate security system.
Behind these fortifications, the soothing homestead features neutral, earthy colors and custom finishes throughout. Floor highlights include designer feature walls, oak flooring, imported stone and a wide range of floor to ceiling glass doors that open onto the lush gardens that surround the home. Awash in white marble countertops and gleaming ebony cabinetry, the kitchen connects to the breakfast room and pantry, and there’s also a formal dining room that spills out onto an alfresco dining deck.
Upstairs, the master bedroom boasts a sitting area, private balcony and city and canyon views. There are double master baths, at least one with a soaking tub and flat-screen TV, double walk-in closets, a fireplace, and a powder room/glam room where Jenner would “eyeball” her team of professional makeup artists. There are six additional bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms – one of which once served as a nursery for Jenner and Scott’s daughter Stormi Webster. Dirt.
The home’s numerous other amenities include a darkened movie theater, a darkened billiards room with a marble bar, a rec room, a family room, a three-car garage and a living room with a fireplace overlooking the pool.
The home they want to part with is modern and trendy, with oak floors throughout and sliding glass doors for easy indoor-outdoor living. Moody black cabinets add drama to the kitchen, and a black accent wall surrounding the fireplace in the living room creates a cozy elegance. Amenities on the 1.1-acre property include a pool, spa, 3-car garage, built-in grill and even a detached guest house, according to Architectural Digest.
The list is maintained by Tomer Fridman of Compass.
Jenner still owns plenty of other properties: a $36 million Holmby Hills mansion, a $15 million vacant lot, and she’s currently building her very own desert vacation home at Madison Club La Quinta. But since 2016, the Kylie Cosmetics founder’s headquarters has been a lavish Hidden Hills mansion, which was photographed for Architectural Digest a few years ago. As for Scott, he presides over a $23 million Brentwood hilltop mansion.
